Kelley Westhoff serves as the Executive Director for Budget, Planning, and Analysis. In this role she oversees WSU’s system-wide operating budget; including planning and implementation of budgeting practices, overseeing state operating budget development and deliverables, and collaborating with leaders on budget related policy development. Kelley is a first generation college student with over 20 years’ experience in higher education accounting and budgeting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and certified public accountant license. Kelley’s affiliations include the National Association of College and University Business Officers, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Kelley enjoys making complex financial information understandable and working collaboratively to solve challenges.
